We are absolutely thrilled to be able to share with the world what makes us so special and dedicated to our kennel. At Double Trouble, we are not just breeders of American Staffordshire Terriers, we are passionate caretakers who strive every day to ensure happy and healthy dogs and an exceptional experience for everyone who chooses to become a part of our kennel.

Our mission is simple: to set high standards of care for our dogs, both puppies and adults, and to provide support and advice to our owners throughout the life of their four-legged friend.

In our kennel, we don’t just focus on how our dogs look. Of course we want them to be beautiful and harmoniously built, but it is even more important that they are healthy, stable and well-adjusted. Therefore, when choosing breeding pairs, we pay special attention to health as well as character and temperament. We believe this is key to creating dogs that will be exceptional family members and wonderful companions in everyday life.

When raising our puppies, we are aware of the importance of socialization and stimulation from an early age. Our puppies have the opportunity to explore the outside world and participate in various activities that encourage their physical and mental development. This includes outdoor play, interaction with other animals and people, and a variety of challenges that stimulate their intellectual potential.

THE FIRST DAYS

The first days with puppies are crucial. During this time, we focus on creating a sterile and clean environment that is perfectly adapted to the new mother and the litter. During this period, they have no contact with the outside world and are exclusively in contact only with us, their family. We ensure that they are housed in a warm and heated space where everyone feels comfortable. We regularly monitor the progress of the puppies by weighing them regularly to make sure they are developing properly. After about two weeks, the mother gets back into contact with our other dogs, and at the same time we start accepting the first visits of future owners.

Exploring

Due to the large fenced garden, the puppies have the privilege of spending a lot of time outside. This space allows them unrestricted movement and exploration, which is key to their development. They are introduced to different smells and sounds, and also learn to relieve themselves outside, which promotes healthy habits from an early age.

Play and Education

The outdoor space allows the mother to teach her puppies important life lessons, encouraging their development and learning. In addition, we also offer them a variety of toys, obstacles and interactive games that strengthen their motor skills, stimulate cognitive development and increase socialization.

Socialization

Here, socialization is crucial for the development of puppies. We provide them with exposure to different environments, sounds, smells, situations and other dogs. We start by getting to know our dogs and gradually introduce visits from friends with dogs. Our goal is for them to become self-confident and balanced dogs, ready for various situations in life.

Our care does not end when the puppies leave our kennel. On the contrary – this is just the beginning of our long-term relationship with the new owners. We believe in close cooperation with owners, as we are aware that proper care for a dog does not end with adoption. Our door is always open for questions, advice or simply to share stories about our pets.

We are proud of every dog that comes out of our kennel and look forward to their achievements and successes, whether it is winning at a show, successfully completing a course or simply the everyday joys they bring to their families.

For us, breeding is more than just a business – it’s a way of life. With heart and dedication, we strive every day to be role models in caring for dogs and to leave a positive mark on the lives of everyone who comes into contact with our kennel.

READY FOR NEW HOMES

We try to make sure that the new owners are fully prepared for the arrival of a new member of the family. Our concern for them shows itself in many ways. The first notification they receive via email includes a list of recommended equipment that they should have ready when the puppy arrives in their home. It is basic equipment such as bowls, indoor box, bed, toy and food. The equipment they need can be easily purchased from us in our online store doubletroubledog.com, at particularly favorable prices that we have prepared for new owners.

The second notification is given to the new owners a few days before their last visit when they come to pick up the puppy. This letter details all the steps they need to follow when the puppy comes home. It includes information about the puppy’s habits, the procedures to be carried out, the recommended way of feeding, advice on training and correct ear taping and all the other important information they need. In this way, we ensure that new owners are fully prepared and confident in caring for their new pet.

In addition, each new owner also takes home a rich package for puppies, which contains many useful and beautiful things, such as a leash, a collar, a personalized blanket, treats, a toy and much more. This is our way of allowing new owners to get their first contact with a puppy off to the best possible start.
